Reports

A tangible way the Center contributes to the generation and diffusion of ideas to meet the challenge of maximizing globalization’s benign effects and minimizing its downsides is through the recommendations and analyses contained in its reports. Some reports are the result of colloquia, workshops and conferences organized directly by the Center; some are the result of partnerships or collaborations.

Current reports include “Strengthening the Global Trade Architecture for Economic Development: An Agenda for Action,” [hot link] the policy note resulting from the project Global Trade and Financial Architecture sponsored by DFID; Unleashing Entrepreneurship, the final product of the Commission on the Private Sector and Development, Co-Chaired by Ernesto Zedillo and Canadian Prime Minister, Paul Martin; Trade for Development, the Report of the Task Force on Trade of the UN Millennium Project, launched in January of 2005; and Reforming the United Nations for Peace and Security, published in March of 2005 from the Center's workshop on New Threats to Security.
