The Center hosts public lectures and panels to address
topics of timely interest and bring focus to ideas and concepts involved
in the globalization debate. Such presentations provide opportunities
for members of the Yale community to hear from practitioners, policymakers,
academics and experts in a range of fields who are asked to share
their experiences and to engage in public discourse. Throughout the
academic year, YCSG also brings to Yale key leaders in international
affairs from around the world who offer their unique perspectives
on important aspects of globalization. The Center’s lectures
are videotaped and made available via streaming video on the Center’s
online magazine, YaleGlobal, providing people from throughout the
world access the Center’s activities.
